When spraying flonase in nostrils is it normal for it to feel like a little went in throat or am i spraying too high up? should i spray lower? thanks!

Proper Technique: First gently blow your nose to clear it of mucus before using the medicine. Tilt your head forward slightly. Put the spray tip into nostril and aim slightly out (away from septum). Use the finger of your other hand to close off your other nostril. Spraying toward the septum or straight up can cause the medication to be swallowed.
