Would my echo report state cardiomypoathy if i had that? it says mild rv enlargment due to my chd isolated pavpr everything else normal.

PAPVR: If there were left or right ventricular cardiomyopathy visible on the echo it would have been mentioned in the report. Mild RV enlargement is consistent with partial anomalous pulmonary venous return.

I had an echo(normal) .On report, the crdiolgist clearly states No stenosis of any of my valves. But when I read the msmnts of the valves, above all of them says Stenosis in bold followed by the values underneath. Should I just focus on his report?
