A doctor has provided 1 answer

Right ventricle: Since you have partial anomalous pulmonary venous return, a good portion of the blood from the lungs is going to the right side of the heart (instead of the left side) and it is expected that the right atrium and the right ventricle will be at least mildly dilated. the more important issue if you have symptoms of right heart failure: swelling of abdomen or legs etc.
