Sinusitis: It is often unnecessary to treat sinus infections with antibiotics. If you have chronic sinusitis this should be seen and managed by an ENT doctor. Try saline irrigation of the nostrils with a Neti-pot (see your pharmacist), and possibly check to see if you have some anatomic defect, allergies, or dental condition, or other cause of frequent sinus issues.
