Car accident: I highly recommend having someone take you to the ER immediately. It may turn out not to be serious, but with those symptoms there is a high risk of serious complications and need to be evaluated.

Be seen: I would be seen immediately. Although not common, patients with similar symptoms could have sustained a displaced skull or facial fracture leading to a spinal fluid leak which is very serious. Again, not to say you have that, but it would be wise to be checked out to make sure it is nothing serious.
