I've had headache all day don't know if tension or worse neck base skull huers eyes hurt all around them bridge nose top of head .

Headache: Could be migraine or sinusitis, sometimes when back of skull hurts I have seen subclinical herpes infection that responds to acyclovir, or could be cervicalgia pain in nerves/muscles from discs, muscle spasm or migraine . if not better in 12 hours or if nausea ,vomiting eye blurring or spots seek immediate medical attention
