Suffering from frequent stiff neck. plus headache and dry cough (both occurred just now). my head hurts when i cough too. help?

Comments: Would suggest you likely have either an upper respiratory tract infection or asthma, and this could readily be controlled. The cough probably exacerbates the neck which triggers the headaches. All of this could readily be addressed by your regular doctor.
