Not likely: The fact that your arm pain is triggered by movement speaks against a cardiac origin, most likely musculoskeletal. If you had a DVT in the left arm veins another possibility would be a venous thrombosed cord at that level.

No heart attack: Not likely DVT, or PE either, unless you're also experiencing shortness of breath. More likely muscle or tendon issue (overuse, perhaps?). Hope that helps.
