It can be signs and: Symptoms of coronary artery disease. If symptoms worse during activities and improve with rest the probability of heart problem increase. Do u have any risk factors? Obesity, smoking, high blood pressure and chol, family history, sedentary lifestyle, diabetes, kidney problems? Each of the above will increase probability too. Get doctor evaluation asap for a better history and physical.
