So i have foreskin at the end of my shaft there is a bump i was playing with it now it is crusty and sore. i was worried it was genital warts. my doc says no cause it's not cauliflowered. what could it be? 3 other tiny white skin coloured bumps found?

There are causes of penile skin bumps other than warts. "Crusty and sore" suggests herpes, molluscum contagiosum, and (rarely) cancer. You need a second opinion, preferably from a dermatologist. Good luck.

If you had no sexual exposure it is not warts. . It could be irrtaion from playing with it. Clean area with soap and water and apply cortisone ointment. if not better in a few days pl see a Urologist.
