See your doctor: It is probably blocked sinus passages and blocked eustachian tube from viral pharyngitis you giving you these symptoms. Covid usually appears with cough , fever and fatigue. Sometimes sore throat, aches and pain, runny nose , shortness of breath. So, see your doctor , i am sure if your doctor realizes something is off regarding your symptoms , you will be send for a covid 19 testing.
