Lymph nodes: Doubtful to be lymph in based solely on presence of lymph nodes. Other symptoms would be present such as fever, fatigue, night sweats , weightloss , abdominal pain ,cough etc. I would make sure you finish the antibiotic and follow up for further blood tests if you don't improve. Hope this helps
