Probable not : Enlarged lymph nodes from lymphoma and other cancerous causes leads the lymph nodes to continue to grow over time, and it's usually pretty quick. If you have lumps in your neck that have been the same for many years, it's likely nothing to worry about. They may not even be lymph nodes. You may have lipomas anywhere in the skin, which is a benign growth of fat tissue.
