This could be...: If you are referring to itchiness in the ear canal, this could be due to several things which would include ear wax blockage, dermatitis (irritated and overly dry skin), or infection. Scratching the itch only makes things worse later. An exam with an otoscope performed by your physician may help identify the cause and then treatment can be discussed.
