Got over a sinus infection... feel water like drainage from left ear. minor pain. maybe a 4 ish on pain scale. what should i do?

Ear drainage : Try to pop your ears. Hold your nose down and blow really hard. Your ears should pop. This is called a valsalva maneuver you need to pop your ear 30 to 40 times to equillabrate the pressure. If this does not work try Flonase from your doctor. That should help as well .Good luck!
