Sinus irrigation: Please do not do that again. Only use sterile distilled water and use an irrigating bottle that can be washed and put into the microwave for 60-90 seconds to sterilize it. You could develop deadly amoebic meningitis otherwise with severe headache, nausea, vomiting, stiff neck, fever, coma, convulsions, and death.
