Talk w your DR 1st.: To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible unless it worsens your sx's. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Go slow and gentle. Get cleared medically by your doctor before starting.

YES: Urge incontinence or oab can be aggravated by certain foods. Following a "bladder diet" can improve bladder function. Common irritants are: carbonation, citris or other acidic foods. The bladder sits in the lower abdomen & is absolutely affected by excess pressure from obesity. Obese women who lose even a modest amount of weight (10-15 pounds) can enjoy marked improvement in bladder function.

Depends on Bloodflow: If the skin around necrotic area is still healthy only a small portion is necrotic then you can start locally the first week with antibiotic cream to reduce bioburden and keep using local debridement - removedead tissue off the wound site and try to heal the area. Diabetic ulcers respond to oral vitamin k2 - you can read http://vitamink2.Org. I use 10% Phenytoin cream locally http://drbrown.Us.

Different types of p: It is not uncommon for someone with a back injury to have nerve pain. Nerve pain can be experienced as radiating pain away from the spine and into the buttocks, hip or leg. You can have back pain that is not specifically related to a nerve injury. You would need to be evaluated by a physician to better determine the nature and cause of your pain. This will help determine the best treatment.
