Nutritionist: May make sense to see a nutritionist to help create a specific diet plan. Classic things to avoid include caffeine, nicotine, licorice, peppermint, chocolate, spicy foods, citrus. Avoid late night meals or lying down within 2 -3 hours after eating. Portion size has a major effect, try eating smaller portions.
