I have gerd & ibs w/severe chronic constipation. what is the best rx for gerd without increasing constipation and inducing other side effects?

GERD: all of the medications have some side effects, usually mild. I would probably recommend starting with Omeprazole over the counter. I would be glad to advise by consult if further help is needed
