Nerve intrapment: At the area of impact, there may have been an area of crush of the scalp and the nerve beneath. this has resulted in a dieing back of the nerve at that area. When the nerve tried to grow back through the injured area, it could not and formed a small nerve bundle. That is the reason for the sensation you experience. Speak to a neurologist about ways of managing.
