Variable: With your symptoms I'd say the range for everything to clear would be on the order of several weeks to several months. Head blows which then, cause significant effects of headaches, dizziness, difficulty concentrating, "goose eggs" on the scalp etc. usually heal by then. Sometimes they can take longer but the good news is things WILL heal given time AND no further similar insults while healing.
