How do i know if i have a cold or a sinus infection? congestion started 3-5 days ago, otc decongestant not helping, lots of sinus pressure!

Sinus infection: When infected you have congestion , pain and when you touch/tap on your sinuses there is an increase in pain. if there is increased pain and no relief in 5 days follow up with doctor /urgent or heathtap prime was you may need antibiotics. .Also elevated head of bed when sleeping because when head is dependent the nasal congestion runs into the sinuses.
