I've had headache with sinus pressure for a week(no congestion). sometimes the entire head/neck aches. decongestants/zyrtecd don't help. any advice?

Allergies: This time of year is beautiful but it sucks if you have allergies. Try saline washes up to 5 times a day to clear the passages of your nose. Try Afrin (oxymetazoline) for 3 days. I personally don't find long release decongestants or fake Sudafed to be helpful. I find Plain zyrtec or claritin with real Sudafed you have to show your license helps better. Take the Sudafed 60 mg twice a day should be helpful.
