Disclaimer

i've had headache with sinus pressure for a week(no congestion). sometimes the entire head/neck aches. decongestants/zyrtecd don't help. any advice?

Allergies: This time of year is beautiful but it sucks if you have allergies. Try saline washes up to 5 times a day to clear the passages of your nose. Try Afrin (oxymetazoline) for 3 days. I personally don't find long release decongestants or fake Sudafed to be helpful. I find Plain zyrtec or claritin with real Sudafed you have to show your license helps better. Take the Sudafed 60 mg twice a day should be helpful.

See an ENT: An Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor might be able to help you. You may not feel congested, but one or more of your sinuses maybe filled with fluid. The therapy may involve one or more nasal sprays and maybe an antibiotic. I have self treated for sinus problems before, unsuccessfully. Trust me. See a professional. They are also known as otolaryngologists.
