See a doctor ASAP: This sounds potentially incredibly severe with life-threatening consequences. If this is staphylococcal infection the face is such a vascular area that rapid spread to elsewhere may occur. If you cannot be seen immediately by your PCP, go to an ER and be evaluated and treated appropriately.
