My dr has done about 6 dif blood tests, and the last was to test for leukemmia cuz my wbc was 14000, found some anemia. could it be leukemia?

Unlikely: I doubt that it's leukemia, since the WBC is not that high; however, an elevated WBC could mean that there is some inflammatory process going on; the anemia could be a result of this also;.
