Not unless: any of them are part of a screen for drugs of abuse. Don't you worry that the THC will negatively impact your condition? I would encourage you to be honest with your medical provider.

Not routinely: The usual testing is simple verification of a healthy pattern in both places. It looks for unexpected levels of anemia or blood breakdown. There are added costs to specifically look for THC but they would find it if they look.
