Omega 3 caps: Some experts recommend Omega 3 caps or other presentations in combination with conventional meds. Some other recommend it as a single approach. No OTC: treatment for either condition, diagnosis isn't easy though, don't know what to tell you, at any rate you need professional help, you might not have either condition, think about it and seek help, good luck

No Orc substances: There are no OTC substances. You should have a thorough evaluation to find out what is causing your symptoms. May not be ADHD, but something else that caused similar symptoms that can be treated with something that will not disqualify you from service
