Unlikely a problem: this could be a tiny mucous retention cyst or several other benign cysts. I would not be worried if you have no other symptoms. If it continues to enlarge, drains, becomes painful, you develop fevers or feel ill, you should be evaluated. Best to leave it alone and not irritate it. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck. Dr. R
