I have a small bump on my testicle near the tube , it only hurts/aches when i run my finger over it apart from that its painless, what could this be?

See below: It's probably a structure called the rete appendix. Have your doctor check it out just to be safe.

Testes: Many males feel normal (eg. Epididymis) or common benign structures (eg. Epididymal cysts or tunical cysts) and are concerned. About the only way to be sure is to have a urologist or other physician exam you and point out what is normal. Thereafter, on your self exams, you'll know what represents a "new" finding.

May be-: Mild epididymitis, but cancer is always possible. See a doc please!
