I have a piece of glass embedded deeply in my finger so i cant get it out. when i run my finger over it i can feel slight pain and small bump. do i need to get jt removed or leave it?

Have it checked: Depending on the location of the glass, injury to adjacent structures can occur, infection can occur & commonly just as you described you can have pain with direct pressure against the area. The fingers serve a lot of uses through daily activities & you are likely to hit the area frequently. I recommend evaluation by a hand surgeon and if removal is necessary, this is usually straightforward.
