I have opinions from 2 doctors. one says i have fuchs dystrophy and other says i don't. they both do corneal transplants. should i get 3rd opinion?

Depends on vision: If your vision is 20/20 or 20/25 it is not likely either doc will recommend surgery, Fuchs or no Fuchs. So, no need to arrive at a diagnosis now. If worse vision and need surgery, then a 3rd opinion is sometimes necessary before proceeding. But its possible that the Fuchs is so mild that it is difficult to detect. In that case, no need to worry. Take care.
