My 3 year old boy has been having fever that comes and goes. it normally lasts about a week and happens once in a month. he has no other symptoms.

Please have him: examined by his doctor. He also may need labwork to figure this out. Although young children often do get many viral infections in a year, fever every 3 weeks is not typical.
