See his doctor: Please see his doctor for full evaluation. There are many possible causes for this, mostly viruses (including Covid). Make sure he is urinating (not dehydrated). If he is continuously vomiting, hold off on any intake, even fluids, until he has not vomited for at least 2 hours, then just small sips. His doctor can examine him and make the proper diagnosis with further recommended treatment.
