My baby boy 2 year old having fever (102) from past 3 days , temperature goes down after medicine is given but fever comes after few hours of medicine. no rashes and no other major symptoms?

At day 4-5 seen: If the fever is ongoing, provide Tylenol and/or Motrin to control the fever, fluids and rest. Watch for pain, vomiting, rash, cough and other symptoms. At day 4-5 of fever without symptoms, a visit with your PCP is suggested.
