Symptoms: Having a positive immunoglobulin response is common. Do you have symptoms. Do you get abdominal pain or diarrhea associated with eating wheat products. Do you have other symptoms such as rash or perhaps sinus congestion?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the information your provided is not a standard lab report. Why was the test done? Wish you good health!
