Fibromyalgia: 25y female with "HA, facial tingling, neck/low back/shoulder pain" & tinnitus. This symptom constellation comports with Fibromyalgia, FM, wherein muscle tension headache, TMJ, TOS & widespread soft tissue spasms co-generate global pain. Symptoms cross tissue/organ systems. General medical evaluation needed, & if no specific diagnosis then FM shifts to top of differential diagnostic list.
