Consult Physician: You have headache,neck and back pain ,burning in shoulders and legs.It is impossible to guess what is causing your symptoms without a more detailed history including past and family history and examination. If indicated the doctor may order some tests like blood test and/or imaging like X-ray /cat scan or MRI
