How do i stop a sharp constant ringing in my ear? i was at a loud club last night and my ears have been ringing since. and it's causing a headache

Noise trauma: You've sustained acoustic trauma and a threshold shift. You need to avoid any loud noise and hopefully you will fully recover. The ringing is the result of acoustic nerve damage which is usually temporary but may be permanent especially with repeated trauma.
