See a Dr.: Headaches have many triggers, and can be caused by sinus, tension, allergies, stress, and also tmj/tmd. I would get evaluated, with a thorough history and exam. Keeping a pain/nutrition/activity diary may be wise to help you find out your triggers and also to discuss with your dr.

Soreness: The source of the soreness has to be identified before it can be properly;y treated. Start with your PCP. Lab tests/imaging may be required. Referral to a specialist, such as an ENT, may be required. Also see your General Dentist to rule out dental causes such as TMJ.
