Possibly, but other: Conditions such as TMJ problems can cause both. If you've taken aspirin-containing meds for pain they can cause tinnitus (ringing in ears). Too much caffeine or caffeine withdrawal can cause both. Sinusitis should be considered. Stretching muscles & heat to neck & shoulders can relieve muscle tension. Suggest use non-aspirin pain med & see fp for evaluation & treatment options.

See your dentists: Tmj headaches can cause ear symptoms as the auriculotemporal nerve which supplies sensation to the ear traverses the back of the TMJ capsule. When the joint becomes inflamed or the condyle is out of position it can put pressure on this nerve causing otologic (ear) symptoms, which include tinnitus (ringing).
