Lose weight, low fat: You are on the right track, but once it occurs fatty liver disease is even more difficult to reverse than preventing it. Obtain &/or maintain a healthy weight by eating a healthy diet and regular exercise. Increase fiber in diet, and replace foods high in saturated fats with lean proteins. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, 6 servings/day. Lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
