Probiotics and diet: Passing gas is not unusual. Probiotics for healthy gut bacteria can help. Also limit cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli and other offenders like green peppers and onions. You may also be lactose intolerant- see if eliminating liquid milk makes a difference. If so you may need to further evaluate lactose free diet.
