Washout: Washout the mouth with lots and lots of water. If he swallowed any of the bleach you need to take him to the emergency room right now. Bleach is poison and he needs to be evaluated. Good for you to check so fast . Now , go go go . Good Luck.

Give it time: Although not wise to do, he has bleached the color out of the gums. Stop applying the bleach and the color will return to normal.

Water: Copious amounts of cold water to dilute and rinse out the bleach. This may have resulted in chemical burns of his soft tissues. If any bleach was ingested, then he'll need to go to the ER. That was not a very smart move... please use only products approved for whitening the teeth.
