Gingival inflammatio: First, you should be using an extra soft toothbrush. Any other firmness can hurt the guns even when gums are healthy. Secondly, monitor your force when brushing lastly, if gums bleed when brushing, you may have inflammation or gingivitis causing pain. If this is the case see your dentist.
