Transitional bleeds: After discontinuation of any birth control method, there will be at least 2 months of time where your body has to reset the cycle w/ your own hormones. Your periods may be all over the place before you re-establish a monthly cycle. Keep a menstrual diary, because if you're trying to get pregnant, you'll have to know all of your period dates! if you don't want a baby, then start a new birth control.
