I stopped the nuvaring last month. my period was due two days ago. hasn't came on yet. i took a pregnacy test and it was negative. is this normal?

Post pill amenorrhea: Since nuvaring functions very much like the birth control pill, you may be having post pill amenorrhea (no period). Some women don't resume a period for up to a year. If its bothersome to you please see a gyn for reassurance and to make sure you don't have hypothyroidism or some other cause of amenorrhea.
