Sounds possible: That sounds possible, but that's not something scientists can easily do research on. It does make a good argument for not having sex with more than one person within the hour.

HIV: There are no protective antibodies for HIV infection. If you develop antibodies against HIV you are infected. The way in which to prevent this is not to share needles or have unprotected sex.
