I had a high risk exposure (unprotected sex multiple times a night) with unknown hiv status person mid jan. since then, i did 4th generation duo tests at days: 35, 50, 80 and 100 days + rt pcr and antibody at 90 days. all negative/undetectd. am i ok?

From the data you provided, you did not get HIV from the exposure. However, it does not exclude infection with other STD, e.g., syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, HPV chlamydia and more. It would be prudent to consult an infectious disease specialist to ascertain if you need to be tested for these infections/
