Should be ok: Your HIV test shouldn`t be affected given the fact that you did not fast. Usually, blood glucose and cholesterol tests are affected by fasting but other tests are still accurate. No need to worry!

YES: Hiv testing has no correlation with fasting or non fasting blood. The results will be in no way affected with or without eating.
