Depends: If you are on once daily lovenox (enoxaparin) it woul dbe best to take the shot now and then alter the subequent shots to reflect that ie if you take it at night, and it is now morning, take it and conitue to take it in the morning. If you are on twice daily lovenox (enoxaparin) just skip the missed dose

Enoxaparin: basically resume the enocaparin as scheduled. Do not take more to try and make up for the lost dose. We stop the medicine frequently before surgeries and we don't ask patients to make up for missed doses.
